Why are products not priced?
In order to comply with manufacturer's internet policies we are not permitted to post and/or e-mail prices.
What is the best way to get a quote?
You have two options. E-mail specifics of what you want quoted and we will call you with the information or you can call me for a quote at 1-888-415-7946. Freight charges will be quoted separately.
What is the lead-time for receipt of furniture after I order?
Special orders typically run 4-6 weeks. In-stock orders ship within 2-3 days
How is the furniture shipped?
Furniture ships via common carrier with white glove delivery service available in your area. Please contact us for details.
What happens if there is freight damage?
When the furniture arrives it is imperative that you inspect each box. Should there be damage to a box or if you hear any broken glass you must open that box, inspect the contents, and write your findings on the freight bill (regardless of what the driver may tell you) before you sign for the delivery (damaged good are left with you). In the event of damage you will need to call our office to notify us of the damage. We will then take the necessary steps to have your furniture replaced. Please hold the damaged pieces until the process is complete.
What happens if there is a manufacturer's defect?
Call our office; explain the defect and we will handle the issue. We may require a picture or we may need to have the item picked up. There are no additional charges for this.
Can I return the furniture?
Special orders cannot be returned. Stocking items can be returned but you are responsible for the return freight charges.
What do you require as a down payment to place an order?
We require a 50% down payment to place your order. The balance is due the day your furniture is shipped to you. If your order is drop shipping from the manufacturer we require payment in full at the time of order.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Does sales tax apply?
Sales tax applies if the product is delivered in Arizona.
Do you have a catalog?
No we do not publish a catalog because this website is more cost-effective and will keep you updated going forward.
